#1. INCEPTION

#4. DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENT
Prepare documentation sufficient for construction co-ordinate technical documentation with the consultants, prepare specifications for the works review the costing and programme with the consultants obtain the client’s approval. prepare documents to procure materials for the execution of the works, obtain skilled personnel for the execution of the works.
#2. CONCEPT & VIABILITY
Prepare an initial design and advise on space provisions, planning relationships, material and building services. Check for conformity of the concept with the rights to the use of the land. Review the anticipated costs of the project.
#5. CONSTRUCTION
After client’s approvals issue construction documentation to site inspect the works for conformity, Check specialist’s works to ensure it is to client’s spec, assist the client during handover, prepare snag list and issue to site for repairs.
#3. DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Confirm the scope and complexity. Develop the design, construction system, materials and components. Incorporate all services and the work of consultants. Review the design, costing and programme with the consultants.
#6. CLOSEOUT
Fulfil and complete the project close-out including the preparation of the necessary documentation to facilitate the effective completion, handover and operation of the project. Provide the client with as-built drawings and relevant technical and contractual undertakings
